Institute
The Institute was founded in 1990 as the Research Institute of European Law and has been an independent institute since the reorganization of universities in 1999. In terms of teaching, the Institute covers institutional and substantive European law; the Institute's research focuses on constitutional issues of European integration, the protection of fundamental rights, and the law of the Union's external action.
