Univ.-Ass. Mag. Charlotte Genschel

Scientific Researcher

Charlotte Genschel has been working as a research assistant in Prof. Folz's department since November 2017. In addition, she has been researching and coordinating the Horizon 2020 project EIO LAPD as a project associate since May 2019.

She completed her law studies at the University of Graz and her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Graz. After trainee positions at the Delegation of the EU to the United Nations in New York and EULEX in Kosovo, she worked as an associate before returning to the Institute of European Law at her alma mater.

Since April 2021, she has also been working on her dissertation project in the field of algorithmic decision-making systems and the non-discrimination law of the European Union.
