Stoffabgrenzung für die Fachprüfung aus Europarecht am 30.10.2020

Stoff für die Fachprüfung am 30.10.2020 sind jene Bereiche, die in diesem Semester (SoSe 2020) in der Vorlesung Europarecht – institutionelles Recht (224.200)/Europarecht – materielles Europarecht (224.201) behandelt werden. Dabei handelt es sich um die institutionelle Struktur der EU, die Rechtsordnung der EU und die Grundfreiheiten.
